Online franchise is the only reason I'm still playing this game, so I'd say its replayability is pretty low overall.

Single player is ruined by bad AI.

Regular online games are ruined by cheesers.

At least in leagues I can get a good group of guys together to play against who will play straight up and won't cheese.
