On 5 minute quarters I had 29 pts 12 assists 11 steals and 9 rebounds. With two seconds left Ryan Anderson rebounded a ball that was dropping right to me, and then proceeded to hand it to me.

Re: Best Single Game in your My Player Career
In my eyes, this mode is what makes this game. Probably the most fun gaming experience that I've had. I had a great time with The Show's Road to the Show career, but this is what I've wanted for the longest time in an NBA game. I basically built myself, looking eerily identical to me, gave him the attributes that I play with, and went out onto the hardwood.WTF, it looks like you are really into your My Player. I haven't tried that out yet as I heard it is a really bugged mode. What do you have to say about that? Do you notice a lot of bugs yourself? And I'm just wondering if you play with your own sliders or if you use default ones. What settings do you play on? How many quarters, difficulty/sliders, etc. I want to try this mode out but I'm just worried it'll be a waste of time.
Also, did you get drafted or what? Your player looks fun to track... lol
To my knowledge, you can't change sliders in the mode, so I'm default sliders, 12 minute quarters. I didn't get drafter, because I didn't ever play the Draft Combine. I bought it, just never played it. Went through Summer League, played well, got to choose whatever team I wanted to go into their training camp... Chose the Hawks, since they took a chance on me in Summer League.
We started out rolling, winning 6 of our first 7, and just steam rolling past everyone. I was getting around 12 minutes per game. I'd meet all of my goals, and get a few more minutes per game. After 14 games, I was in the Starting Lineup, over Joe Johnson, as his production has slid greatly since I've been on the team. I still think he doesn't like me. Our chemistry took a huge hit due to Woodson scrambling the lineups, and we're at 27% right now. It's funny because the headline on NBA.com was "Hawks Woodson job on the hot seat?" So I'm not sure if he's gone or not.
It's really funny because you actually get a group of guys that you like to play with, and some that you don't. Just like in real life. I LOVED playing with Jamal Crawford. Our game meshed perfectly together... Until they traded him for Memet Okur. I still think Joe Cool had something to do with that.
In the past 2 weeks, I'm averaging a triple double, 27 ppg, 13 rpg, 11 apg. I'm trying to get our team back on track, but it's tough.
I'm a 65 OVR, 6'4" 194 lb Athletic SG, with a 75 mid range, 80 layup, and 65 3 PT.
As far as the bugs and whatnot, I haven't looked into the bug & glitch thread, nor do I want to. There are some very minor issues here and there, but the game is excellent in my eyes. Nothing like getting so engulfed in the game in a crucial moment, ball in your hands... and making a bad pass or a turnover... and just feeling disgusted, haha.Twitter - WTF_OS

Re: Best Single Game in your My Player Career
My best game came in a double overtime thriller against the Blazers. I ended up with 62 points, 9 boards, 15 assists , and only one turnover. I played every minute of both OT's and scored the go ahead bucket. My player is a 6'4 210 pound athletic PG.Comment

Re: Best Single Game in your My Player Career
6'7" PG for the Lakers, 75 rating, rookie year, 12 min quarters.
My best overall game: 76 pts, 17 reb, 16 ast, 12 stl, 36-39 fg, 0 to.
My highest scoring game: 93 pts, 14 reb, 16 ast, 7 stl, 2 blk, 42-55 fg, 1 to.
71 games in I avg: 37.8 pts, 11.5 reb, 20.5 ast, 4.4 stl, 1 blk, .744 fg%, 2.9 to.
I'm sure to get a few raised eyebrows about this, but being PG for the Lakers on 12 min quarters really says it all.Comment

Re: Best Single Game in your My Player Career
I'm a 67 right now, but but I'm only 43 games in and I haven't really touched my awareness ratings.
I have my vertical at 90 and both offensive and defensive rebounds at 85, Mid-range shot is 94, Low Post Offense is 70 and Shoot Low post is 90. Defensive Low Post is 70 and Blocking is 80 right now. Oh and strength is 80.
Still have a lot of work to do though.Comment
