its about if you want someone who can game manage, you would then look at speed awareness and short accuracy. Or if you want someone that can challange the ball down the field consistently then you would look at players like Stafford and young
And if your O-Line is bad, you definitely look at speed (low 70 is good), and awareness(Throw with pressure in face)
From there you can pick the type of thrower you want, gun slinger or precision
