Dunno what these magic formations are, but power O and toss plays work fine for me with the default Lions playbook.

You just need a speed back who can cut back and shoot through the inside lane when the defense overpursues outside.

Of the 2000+ yards I gained in our online franchise, at least 75% of those yards came off power Os, counters, and toss plays.
