Yeah, it would be nice to have some people out there that would likely get jobs (Cowher, Gruden, Marty, Shanahan, Billick) maybe even some college coaches? Maybe import your NCAA coach to Madden and be able to make him your teams head coach kind of like the Superstar feature? Come to think of hire able coaches this seems to apply to basketball as well (no people like Avery Johnson, Maurice Cheeks, etc...are available), I wonder if this is true in hockey and baseball games as well? Coaches seem to get neglected in all sports games...
