This year I decided to go for it but by the time I got to late March, I clinched the division and home court so I decided to just sim to the playoffs. I went 61-21 with the Trail Blazers (I'm a Laker fan but wanted to play with a different team).

I'll tell oyu one, thing, it's extremely hard. I keep going into associations and seasons determined to play all 82 games, and I en up probably only playing half. It's tough dawg.

Yep I played all 82, and in game sim the games I was way ahead or way behind.

I did once back on NBA inside drive for xbox....I try every year and can't seem too....about 40 games in I always crave to start a new season...Good Luck

I only play 28 games seasons. I want to have controll over how my team does and stats etc but don't have the time to play all 82. I do play full 7 games per round playoffs though.

I'm on my way this year. I'm almost at the All-Star break. I believe the last time I have gone through all 82 games in a season was NBA2K3.

I think for season number two I'll revert to my standard one-game-every-week rule of thumb (every other game in the playoffs, and every potential elimination game).

played 2 full 82 game seasons on 2k9 with 12 min quarters. its definitely gonna happen again this year too, but ive only made it to early january at this point in my first season.

I hope I can this year, but so far I've simmed ten games in my Blazers association. I'm really enjoying it though.

I planned on doing 82 games, but with Modern Warfare 2, Madden and a few other games getting a rotation, it will be tough. Here's how I think I will handle it:

Divisional Games (Play All)
Conference Games (Play 2 of 4 unless it's for late season positioning)
Vs. Other Conference (Play the road game only)

That still gives me over half of the games in a season so I will still feel as though I'm controlling my stats. This similar formula worked pretty well in The Show, and so far so good with 2k10.

Thanks. You gave me an idea for my next season. I will only play a game per week. Then will play every game in the playoffs.
