Just thought I'd post some off-line franchise stats on all-madden, default sliders, 8min quarters with 15 second accelerated clock. I just recorded the stats that others have observed to be inflated post-patch.

Obviously I can't say others will get similar numbers, but these are somewhat similar to the ones others have posted so far. The difference is that in simming 3 seasons, I didn't have a completely crazy stat total (30sacks, 2,600 rush yds). The one crazy one was the 8.3 and 9.7 YPC. The 9.7 was on a guy with just 133 carries. I can live with these stat trends overall, and the higher receiving and passing stats will be more fun to compete with since I have been having the top 3 in receptions and yards in my off-line franchise for my last couple seasons with patch 1. Also, I think these inflated stats are worth it with the improved gameplay (smoother running, slightly better CPU Defense).
