Franchise Mode that merges HC09 (without the bugs) and Madden (without the bugs).

Must have:
realistic stats
progression in preseason and regular season
realistic injuries
IR that works

Would like:

better FA
better contacts
better cpu AI for trades and team management
training camp
53 man roster
practice squad
to be able to talk players our of retirement W/O bribing EA (WTF)
option to play injured players with risks out of the game W/O bribing EA (WTF)
future draft picks
more enjoyable scouting system

Will edit if I think of more.
