Probably more on the basis that Pryor hasn't really shown anything at the collegiate level yet. Smith at least put up good stats while he was in college. Pryor hasn't really looked good. Granted, he's only a sophomore, but he's gonna need to take some major steps in his game these next 2 years to be even a half-decent QB.
