Can anyone (PS3 or otherwise) confirm that Patch 2 is completely retroactive as far as Offline Franchise goes? As in, draft history displaying for rookies drafted in a Franchise pre-patch?

If this is the case, I might as well start my Offline Franchise now (simming to get to the 1st offseason). So long as my rookies' draft information shows up after the patch, I'll only miss out on a week or so of simmed stats being less accurate and lesser gameplay.
