Star Ocean, Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, and maybe Last Remnant all shipped on multiple discs and I believe FF XIII will too.

I think what Flawless is talking about comes down more to the hardware specs of the 360 then the issue of the game being put on a DVD. The game listed above are Japanese Rpgs which are known for their FMV sequences that eat up a lot of disc space.
