Re: Madden NFL 10 Patch #2 Available, Impressions Here (360)
Don't see how ones aren't seeing more replays. I'm definitely seeing more than pre-patch but overall it can (& should) be better. There should basically be a replay after every first down, TD, or turnover.Comment

I'm set to hardcore playcalling and I see no replays whatsoever. Gonna try setting playcalling to advanced and see if I start seeing replays?Comment

Yeah I don't understand why the setting would have a change to the # of replays either but I am playing the game on advance so that's the reason why I'm seeing them...Comment

well whats the difference between Hardcore and Advanced? I play on hardcore because I want the game to be as difficult as possibleComment

Results are inconsistent. I play on Advanced, and replays are infrequent; replays after TDs are nonexistent.Comment

Very varied and on an inconsistent basis is correct. I've played games on Advanced when there were replays after TD's and other games no replays after TD's. I don't think it's fair to say replays after TD's are non-existent if others have do see them, even infrequently.
On advanced, I do see more frequently replays during the game then I did pre-patch 2.
The differences between Hardcore and Advanced have nothing to do with ratings or such. Hardcore means no backtrack, no replays and and no pre-adjusting screen (ie, show blitz) before the ball is snapped.Comment

It is fair to say that they are nonexistent for me, because they are nonexistent for me. That's exactly what I meant by "results are inconsistent" - some people see many replays, some don't.Comment

No problem, thought you meant something else.
I've seen replays on advanced on good runs, good passes and after TD's. The next game, the replays after TD's are not played.
For me, though, replays are shown more frequently after patch two. Others may not see the same frequency with replays that I do during the game.Comment

Re: Madden NFL 10 Patch #2 Available, Impressions Here (360)
And that's what puzzles me. Why do some people see it and other don't? Surely there has to be some unifying factor that makes a difference. I can't imagine this wide spread of varying results.
Maybe we could make a list of factors that might have something to do with, and see how the people on both sides match up. Maybe that way, we can determine what causes the inconsistency.
For instance, something like this:
First, please post whether you are seeing replays after TDs. If you are, how frequently?
Next please answer the following:
Chew Clock On?
Qtr length?
Difficulty level?
etc. etc.Comment

For someone who plays offline franchise only, what is you guys' consensus on the patch?
Are the changes to gameplay major enough to warrant the horrible stats?
I am pretty happy with the game after patch #1 and as I understand it, if I download #2 and do not like it, I cannot go back to patch #1.Comment

Re: Madden NFL 10 Patch #2 Available, Impressions Here (360)
What is with the pre-determined outcomes of some plays?
Playing on All-Pro with rewinds on against another human player, I have seen the outcome of two different plays end in the exact same result.
One play was a running play. HB gets hit 3 yards past the line of scrimmage, 6 defenders converge and the HB works his way out of the gang tackle and runs in for the score. I rewind the play (being on D), and the EXACT same gang tackle and breakaway.
Another example. I'm on O this time, I do a PA Boot and throw to WR2 crossing the field, and outrun the D. D chooses to rewind, and the EXACT same result.
The second example is forgivable as the WR did have a step. The first example was BS.Comment
