Uh-oh, Russell please don't crush us like Kolbe did when they prematurely announced the 40-man rosters a couple of years ago (just kidding Kolbe)

        ...but please don't

It would be awesome if you could load videos directly to your Youtube page as well. So much interaction these days now between consoles and the cpu. Everything is being linked to Twitter, Facebook, etc. But I'll take true replay cameras either way.

Last year they said it couldn't really be done with the current gamepay engine without it messing with other things. (If I remember correctly).

My guess is they made the animations better when it comes to collisions. Not exactly adding collision detection but more of avoiding the morphing effect we see with different animations.

Yes that's correct as we have said before collision detection that most want will most likely never in our game. But what we improve on every year is animations and the logic behind the situations so that the fielders react in the correct way and try to avoid the collisions. Now this doesn't work for home plate because that's the point so for those instances in the baseball they will continue to be scripted animations.

I'll go into more detail after I post the hardcore version of the fact sheet.

I know I'm getting old when the thought of the "hardcore version of the fact sheet" for a baseball video game excites me more than most hardcore porn (I say "most" because I'm not totally dead just yet).

So will this be posted today? I know, you probably can't say so I'll just be patient.

                      ...can you post it yet?

                      ....how 'bout now?

Yes it will be posted today its the regular fact sheet we send out the media outlets. But it only includes the "big ticket" items for the game, I know you guys would like to know about every little detail that we added/changed/tweaked. So that's why I said hardcore fact sheet. Like for instance we now have independent difficulty settings for batting and for pitching this year. Items like that won't be in the regular fact sheet.

Thanks Russell. Everything sounds awesome so far. The only thing is I now find myself bored playing 09!
