I feel like my games have been scripted too. As of late the CPU will somehow battle back from being down by double digits (usually by BS foul calls and stupid missed shots on the other end due to no foul calls)

I've lost a lot of games where the team (no matter how good) came back and won on me.

I dont think the games as really scripted.
I think what happens is the fatigue effect effects the game too much.
What I am saying is the reason the cpu always comes out on fire is they are all fresh at the start of the game. Also you really have to use your time outs if the cpu starts to hit a few shots in a row. If you dont they will go off on you and blow you out.

I know what you mean but usually if I call a timeout when the CPU goes up by 9, they will continue to hit shots and usually go up by at least 14.

Now I'm not saying this isn't realistic but before I changed my sliders it was literally every game I played. I'd build up a double digit lead and before halftime they'd go perfect while I struggled. By the second half they were still on fire and I end up going down and losing close at the end. This was usually due to them getting to the line constantly. I mean I usually had 17 team fouls to their 7 for the whole game. Since then though I am using Yankee's foul sliders and have seen a much more realistic foul total. I was able to beat FSU with my team because I got them in foul trouble, Alabi fouled out. I was very pleased with that, it was like I legitly won for once.

I played my first game of my new season with Indiana last night and beat Howard by 32 points, I was up by 20 at the half. My point is I am not seeing the cpu come back when I get leads.

Out of curiousity, what sliders are you using?

I'm starting a Kentucky dynasty right now and would like to see more blowouts when I play weaker teams.

I agree. But i decided not to wait for EA to release a patch because I dont think its in their plans so I got rid of my copy. I really loved the game, but the dump down low and freeze issue was annoying.

Yeah, I usually switch between a 2-3, a 2-3 trap, a 3-2 trap and a 1-2-1-1 zone during EACH game just to keep the cpu guessing.

I would like to increase the CPU's man to man defense pressure. Is there anyway to get teams to play Duke like man to man?

All teams play NBA man to man defense.

i'm not home atm. can someone double check to see if the cuse play a 2-3? i played against them once when i first got the game a month ago and i thought i remember them playing the 2-3 for most of the game.

btw, does temple still play a lot of 2-3 irl?
