Ok

So Im clear I can get "Delayed bump & Run" by doing either one of these two techniques.....

1-*call a play
*call press defense(triangle & down on d-pad/L3)
*flip play
or
2-* call any zone defense
* press y (this brings up coverage options) then down
on the left stick to get your players to press
* audible into a man coverage by pressing x and picking a man
coverage play.
