Second time around, my RB Moore gets KOed for the season with a torn pectoral muscle.

DCMC's Xbox freezes again, but since I'm already up 28-0 in the 3rd, I go ahead and finish it out with a steady diet of run against the CPU.

So the RB Brown goes back to being the starter and gets over the 200 yard mark for the second week in a row before I yanked him out of the game to prevent another injury.

And naturally, as soon as the third-stringer Kevin Smith comes in, he gets a broken jaw that puts him out three weeks!

Crazy game, man.

Michael Turner is lucky his injury is only a 1-week deal!

Guys were dropping like flies out there for some reason, and it wasn't even from big hits or anything.

I don't know what was up with the game freezing like that.

My season is basically over, so imma just experiment with some new offensive & defensive playbooks now.

I've actually tried this in a practice game after we talked and it does work about 50% of the time. For some reason the tackle will not notice his blocking assignment until late and then when he tries to do something it is too late and your qb is sacked. It does not work every time but enough to be to very effective.

It can be defended but it is clearly an AI issue with the Left Tackle not noticing the DE is far out.

I was 0-4 last season and missed the playoffs on a tiebreaker. I also had the chance to go late in the season when i almost beat the Vikes. You're far from out of it, especially given that the NFC South plays the AFC North. I'm 5-0 right now, and I think my chances of getting a wild card spot are possible, but not probable based on the games i have left. Don't give up so easily.

Easy solution, Run the ball like your life depends on it. Don't worry about what the defense is doing, make them worry about what YOU are doing! Off tackle,blast,dive....you get the idea.

However if you insist on passing use extra blockers or know who your hot reads are.

Seahawks and myself are having error getting into the pre game matchup screen. First it was me, not it is him. Saying "can't dl league content"

Did EA screw up OF with this Ultimate team thing?

Don't know what to tell you. Even with Troj and I plugged in directly, we had weird issues like this, and it took us in all, about 15 tries to get our game in. The EA servers are extremely unreliable at this point for the OF stuff, you just have to do the best you can to try new things like pluggin directly into your modem, redownloading the patch, ect. It sucks.

third and 13 you want me to run the ball? so there really isnt a counter to this then is there? but would it be acceptable in league play?

Silk, you have to adapt man. If that is happening, RUN at the empty spot. If you are in a passing situation leave a TE or HB on that side to pick up the DE.

I think you are looking at this like it is a major issue with the league. But it is not because everyone I have played plays legit. I could see a issue with rank lobby play but not in this league.

That Parker run was NICE!. I like how the WR throws a block by pushing the safety out to the sideline but then the safety trips over him trying to get turned around back up field. Nice little thing. (ohh and PS I am saying safety cause I am guessing, to lazy to watch again to see if it was a CB lol)

I'd say number 1 don't be in third and 13. And two yes, run the ball. There is a counter but you'll have to figure that out. As far as lg play goes we are all mature gamers and I do'nt see that being an issue. The way I see it if they want to take the DE out of the play then let them. I see and have myself moved safetys/lbs all over the place while on defense. Sometimes you just take yourself out of the play thats why I don't do it much.

Lost by one to Seahawks. Good game, just sucks the first game was kabashed after I was up big, but what can ya do.
