There is so much that I feel should be in by now that is not and probably won't be next year either. I try and try to play it but I just cant. I need PRESENTATION, a college gameday final show wrapping up the week.
I need to be able to make more of an impact on the game as a coach. Teams should be able to be scouted they should have tendencies, I should have to gameplan around them, and even then some times get beat b/c I just don't have the horses.
Recruits, I just think they are all messed up.
I should be able to hire a coaching staff ( at least a dc and oc) and each coaches should have "attributes" some are better at recruiting, some x's and o's some gameplanning/scouting etc..
There needs to be a coaching carousel where not just you but the cpu gets fired takes jobs etc... Some may choose to be loyal and stay but some may bolt for money. Coordinators become head coaches. On the college gameday final show they should talk about this and other stories that randomly develop. During my game against my ex- d-coordinator the announcers should mention it.
All of this is without even mentioning gameplay -.- I just don't think next year can be that much better.
It is just so disappointing to see the potential a game could have, I mean I can envision it and know it would eat away all of my time, but just know it won't happen. I would pay $100 if all of that and more was implemented right.

For me I need to see FORMATION SUBS again. This feature is just too important strategy-wise not to be included. Also, I really miss FCS teams (and no I don't want to use team builder to create an FCS team and move them to FBS).
