i was scrolling through the new roster update when something caught my eye. Adrian Peterson has a 65 carry rating. i really would like to know why his carry rating is the same as peyton manning's as this is just mind boggling.

makes sense to me...

In 12 years Peyton Manning has 19 fumbles. In 3 years, Adrian Peterson has 20 fumbles. I know you can't really compare them, i just though that was funny, since you compared them lol

I think his CAR is kinda high at 65....

When Donny asked before M10 was released to give a reason for AP not to be the top RB. I told him the only thing would be his fumbilitis and that his CAR should be under 70 for sure.

Brah it really needs to be lower than that...he fumbles like crazy...you can count on AD to have 1 fumble almost every game...IMO lower that ish some more Donny...55 should be about right

Yeah but on madden, a rating which equates to an average of one fumble per game in real life, translates to one fumble every other carry on Madden. It's a bitch.

I think he's trying to say that if Peyton was a running back for a season, he'd fumble a whole lot more than AP would. But it's not a very good comparison, two completely different positions.

Peterson doesn't have many fumbles in my offline franchise.

I don't even cover the ball and try tons of moves during contact (because he's always fighting for yards but forgets about the ball and this causes a lot of his fumbles) - still can't get myself to fumble.

I thought it was a slider issue, but seems like his CAR is too high.

Ray Rice fumbles for me more in Madden - which is interesting. Not sure why that is.

if you look closely peterson rarely switches arms while carrying the ball and defenses know this and thats why he fumbles alot

Mendenhall fumbles so much in my online franchise it's ridiculous. I think it's more of a risk for me to run it with him than air it out when trying to hold a lead in the 4th.

the guy has to have one weakness. he's great in pretty much every category that matters as a RB, breaks countless amounts of tackles, and probably triggers the 'pile escape' animation more than any of the other rbs in the game. it make sense that his one kryptonite is when somebody goes for the strip
