Re: MLB '10: The Show Fact Sheet
No, it is a camera view in the game. You are asking whether it is a camera from the outfield like on TV. On TV you never see the outfield view for balls hit into play. Only in the replays or during pitching.
90% of the time it is from behind the backstop when a ball is put into play.Ⓥ Boston Red Sox | Miami DolphinsComment

Too add on, DodgerFanatic, I don't know if you yet saw this video, but there still is a behind-the-pitcher view available in this game:
<object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/W67uXzc-yRM&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/W67uXzc-yRM&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object>
Put these two together, and you have a complete television broadcast.

Re: MLB '10: The Show Fact Sheet
Oh, I know. I just think that DodgerFanatic is lost and misled with everything, since he thinks that for some reason there is only one batter camera and the broadcast fielding camera, so I provided him with a video that shows there is still an available BTP cam if he wants the full broadcast feel.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Re: MLB '10: The Show Fact Sheet
Nothing has changed. Consider BROADCAST as a fielding view. When the ball is hit it will show in BROADCAST. If you play on LOW fielding view it will show this view (LOW) when the ball is hit in play. If you have REAL TIME on it will not show cut scenes.Comment
