I agree with mrnoobie. I deleted all my settings, sliders and everything in between and downloaded the patch anew. Game is playing really smooth to me and seems like 2k really cleaned the game up. I'm playing on default with no tweaks. I never like using tweaks except my own anyways. I'm not seeing the issues people are talking about.
