Re: Camera View?
Bap-high. When I play "normal game" I use ice-cam. I tried broadcast while ago and it gives you like a new game - it's worth of trying. However, I mainly play BAP so won't use that. Now playing NHL11 / Madden.

Re: Camera View?
I prefer Classic. For a guy like me with marginal skills, I find that my defensive play tends to be a bit less atrocious with that wider view as I can at least occasionally recognize danger before it happens. At the same time, it's not so far removed from the action as to kill my offensive game by making the net appear too small.
I do vary it up with the others from time to time, just for a fresh perspective on the eyes.Comment

Re: Camera View?
Broadcast is the coolest view but the hardest to use IMO I use Ice usually but when I notice that I missing some really good opportunities using the ICE VIEW then ill switch to CLASSICComment

Re: Camera View?
Broadcast is definitely a cool view to use, but as mentioned above, it can be difficult at times. It's harder to line up a guy for a hit because you might overskate him, or be a step out of contact and not know it from this view, because it looks ok but isn't.Comment

Re: Camera View?
I used to use overhead all the time, but I'm on a SDTV now so I can't tell who's on the ice when it's that far back. I stick with classic though. Definitely overhead though will give you the best X's and O's view when you're on the powerplay or something and you like to work the points like I do.Comment

Re: Camera View?
I played action most of the time in 09, the key is to know where guys are most likely to be because a good deal of the passes are blind. Also, the commentary helps, as soon as you get in the zone thorne will say; "...it's a 2 on 1" or "3 on 2", and based on your position you kinda know where the other guys are.
It is a little tougher on the PP, passing back to the point, but not impossible. I haven't used this camera in 10 yet, but I figure it's probably the same idea.

Re: Camera View?
For online games recently switched to classic. This gives you a better view of the ice and where your teamates are. Works great when playing offence. While playing defence it takes a little getting used to, useing the select button to change the focus from you and the puck. However it makes for great views of the open man up ice.Comment

Re: Camera View?
classic view gives me the full view of the offensive and defensive zones. which is key, but i think the camera view depends on your TV as well. size etc.Twitch

Re: Camera View?
Broadcast for normal games and Classic for BAP. I wish it let you use broadcast for BAP.
Can anyone tell me how to prevent the camera from doing that free-floating junk that it sometimes does in BAP? It seems completely random and any time it starts I just head to the bench.Comment
