Road To Glory: The Coaching Career Of John Sanders

Damn it all! My 49ers Career went down the crapper when the damn thing froze while saving. Oh well, Onward!

    So.....without furter delay

Yes, that is right. I'm doing a Chiefs Career instead....I'll be using playbooks I made, The Offensive Playbook is inspired by the Steelers Smashmouth (111 Plays) and the Defensive Playbook is Inspired by the Patriots Pressure (89 Plays)

Coach's personality is Titan, and his skills are as follows

    2 Chemistry
    3 Playcall
    3 Strategy
    2 Performance
2 Physical Development for QB, RB, WR, TE, OL, DL, LB

Special Skills are Qb Readiness, RB Discipline and Pass/Run Blocking.

    Wish me luck!

So to start things off, I Franchise tagged Sammie Parker (WR). He is pretty good with my WR Philosophy set at speed. He's 80 OVR, 88 POT

Rebuild my team to back how they were in the 60s.

They only had one Superbowl win, they were hardly fantastic

But yeah, I plan to dominate, I just pray that I can fix the damned QB situation. Haurd aint gonna do anything....Croyle is crap....

I wonder if I should sign any of the QB's in FA, draft Woodson and groom him, better than having him start in his rookie season

Make sure you scout your WR's thoroughly before you draft them, it's too easy under the Speed philosophy to end up with a lot of track stars who can't catch the ball. The Chiefs trainer is brutal, so it might be a good idea to sim the first season.

Yeah, under the speed philosphy there will be alot of high 90 players, but that is very misleading... Just don't be another Al Davis and be all about the speed...

                Btw, I will be following...
                Georgia Bulldogs
Baltimore Ravens - Super Bowl 47 Champions!!!!

I used to use the speed philosophy for my WRs, and it gave Fitzgerald a rating of 88! If you want guys who can catch balls I suggest you use the soft hands/route WRs. And I will be following too.
                  My HC09 dynasties:
                  1. Arizona Cardinals
                  2. Cardinals #2
                  3. Jets.

Yeah, I just finished the draft and'll post Who I got in FA and Draft later today, as i'm at school now.

I'll mess around with the philosophy, though speed is great when you have Andre Woodson. Bastard over throws every now and then....

2010 Picks haven't changed at all. Still 1,2,3,4,5,6,7

                          Thoughts?

P.S I got the Zazzali Path (sigh)

Oh, and I forgot to mention. I traded Brodie Croyle in the off season to the Bears for some 08 picks. Nothing much happened,, but now he's their starter. Interesting to see what happens

Did you keep the same playbooks or did you change them? Draft looks good. What kind of shape is your cap in now?

Do you plan on playing the games or simming them?

                            Looks good overall.

Zazzali Path eh? I've got the same path. It's not very hard, the problem is that each year some positions are very strong and in contrast some positions are very weak. So you've got to be prepared for that. Pretty good and path otherwise and it's challenging too.
