well, there technically is no "45 degree" rule. The rule book states the pitcher has to step towards the base he is throwing to. Over time the umpires have been lax in this with the lefty move to first. Almost any time you see a Pettite or just about any lefty for that matter pick a guy off first, it should be called a balk.. thats why these are called balk moves. the best lefties have perfected this move and oftentimes go even past what would be 45 degrees and either are so deceptive, or have gotten the respect of umpires so it isnt called like it should be.

That vid was amazing! I can't wait for this game and normally I am still in basketball mode this time of year that I don't get to crazy for baseball till opening day for a video game.

Got rid of Pettite's slider in exchange for a 2-seamer. Good to see that the pitches everyone's got aren't just carbon copied from last year. Be interested to see what other pitch changes they made.

Yankee Stadium looks AWESOME!!!!

I can't wait to win another World Series there.

Yeah, the wall coloring last year was off, but now it is correct. Spent a lot of time at the stadium in real life last year, so looking at all these images it's like being right there at the stadium again. I can't wait to play this!

I must be the only person stoked about this, but they have include the INSIDE MOVE to 2nd base! Everyone is talking about the 3rd to 1st, but the video reveals the inside move! Awesome!
