It's really ahrd to just pick A game for each system so I'll post some favorites for each. I also have about 75% of the games and most of the systems.

Intellivision - Intellivision FB and Baseball - TRON Deadly Disks

SNES - Super Mario World-
N64 - Super Mario World - Zelda
Sega Master System - Zaxxon 3D and Great baseball
Genesis - Joe Montana Football and The original Release of Night Trap(SEGA CD GAME)
Colecovision - Super Action Baseball (With the controllers!!)
CDTV - Lemmings (Only game I ever owned)
AMIGA (Not really a console but....) TV Sports Basketball and Football
PS1 - Boxers Road by far (Import game) and NFL gameday
DREAMCAST - NLF2K - Crazy Taxi
PS2 - The Show - GOW
XBOX - Halo - MLB 2K5 - Morrowind - NFL 2K5
