I like this idea a lot.

Cubs fan here, and definitely would like to see 03 Cubs in the set.

I'd check them out if you offer them to download. As far as the 3 teams you haven't decided on yet, here's my take.

A's - '02 Solid pop throughout the lineup and the Big 3 (Hudson, Zito and Mulder) were actually the Big 3.

Cubs - '03 Good power (including Sosa) and a full season of Prior and Wood.

Cards - '04 Monster season from Pujols (big surprise) and big power #'s from Rolen and Edmonds, plus some speed in the lineup.

          Nice.
I love the idea of a recent roster.
I get into the more classic ones for myself, but I do get quite a few requests for more recent teams...and I feel bad that I don't really get them in for the guys....so this is GREAT!
I'll definitely give them a go!

Great! I just have one single question, for example... white sox 05.

Frank Thomas played just for the first month of the regular season.

Should I include him in the white sox 05 team?

It's just a judgement call. Looking at their roster for '05 there were only 4 reserves that played in more games than he did, so I think it comes down to rather you really want him on the team or not. If you decide to keep 14 position players it would be hard to justify keeping anyone else over him, but if you go 13 position and 12 pitchers then I say leave him off.

Re: Classic Roster - Recent memories. 2000s.

Today I may be picking up some old baseball games like, MVP 2005, All Star 2002 and 2003, and the show 06 and 07, just to take a look at the atributes, stances, wind up, line ups, pitch repertoires... etc.

making my job a lot easier!

Could you please post the rosters here like Knight does for people without access to the vault. Thank you.

                          berenjena....
You need a USB flash drive...
Copy the roster file to the drive...put it in your PC and compress it using WinZip.
You can now upload that file to this site..
http://www.operationsports.com/forum...ace.com....for free. It gives you a code to copy and paste in the thread and guys will be able to download it when they hit on it.

It's easy once you get the hang of it.
Let me know when you are ready...and I'll walk you through it.
