What I did with Madden when I discovered that the pre-order bonus from Gamestop/EB was only in the States was sent an e-mail to their customer support address saying (nicely) that I felt that as a Canadian we should be able to get the bonus as well.

They had no problem giving me the code once I scanned and e-mailed a copy of my pre-order receipt. I plan on doing the same for this game, especially since I pre-ordered and paid in full in early January.
