I hope every time a player hits a HR they do not hold their helmet every time they round each base and not every time they hit a HR. I don't mind every once in a while but every time would be unrealistic and redundant.

if I'm not mistaken, this was asked in the community day thread, and it was confirmed that they do hold their helmet when rounding the bases.

Its nothing to do with realism, its about RTP as i said above.

Its something we just have to put up with for this year, hardly a major issue and for me, not even a minor one.

its the way it is and as Psycho said...it has something to do with RTP. If you read thru the community day threads, I believe its addressed. Or it you could check out the RTP blog, as I believe its discussed in there as well.
