LA Dodgers 2010 Player Edits - Pitching Deliveries, Batting Stances, etc...

Getting it started for all the Dodgers fans like myself. Have only played 2 games so far but must say the team looks good. However it is never perfect. . .

    Ronald Belisario - C. Silva
    Scott Elbert - Broxton

Hows Matt Kemp's swing and HR celebration this year?

For Clayton Kershaw, drop the slider and 2 seam fastball. He doesn't throw those in games. He is mostly a fastball/curveball guy but will occasionally mix in his changeup. Speaking of that, they gave him a standard changeup. It needs to be a circle change, just leave the movement and control the same as the original.

As for his curveball it is not a 12-6 like Zito's. He has a standard curveball break and it also needs to be slowed down to just under 70 mph. In games (I watch Dodgers games every night of the week) it typically hovers between 66-70 mph.

For the 2nd year in a row I suggest changing Martin's to Frank Catalanotto & Ethier's to Ian Stewart

Kershaw totally throws a slider. Don't believe me google "Kershaw's Slider" and you'll see a number of articles out there talking about it.

Who do you guys use for Blake DeWitt's stance? His default stance is a little out there, it looks like he is drunk.

Yep apparently he started using it at the end of the year and during the playoffs...Guess I'll add it back into his arsenal as his 3rd pitch and make his change his 4th pitch

I think Pierzynski might be a better fit for him.

It means SCEA created a personal batting stance for him, but when you go to his edit screen, his batting stance is listed as generic. If you change it and then set it back to generic manually, you loose the original stance and you can never get it back unless you reset the roster.

Edit: The second patch added his stance. If you check now, his stance is listed as Matt Kemp.
