    CPU OF catch everything?

I tinkered with sliders currently have fielder speed at 1 and that doesn't seem to help. Anyone else find the CPU outfielders catch EVERYTHING?

no issues hitting the ball into the gap here.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Hitting gaps no problem, over heads. And seen a lot of play errors. Totally NOT the same as last year.

            You could lower reaction time.

I lowered fielder speed to 4, and fielder reaction to 4 as well, but definately not 1. I kinda get what ur saying, as it does seem they chase everything down but overall the hits/gm are very realistic. One thing I haven't seen yet is a straight up dropped fly ball, and I've played at LEAST 30gms or so.

Hmmm maybe I am just not hitting it hard enough then? I will lower reaction time and keep fielder speed at 4

I had an inside the park homerun by Nate McLouth on a misplayed ball in the deep part of Minute Maid park.

There needs to be some work done with dropped fly-balls and balls off the wall. Some inaccuracy needs to be incorporated into the system for the cpu.

I haven't played as much as some guys here, but I had one play I remember where the outfielder stretched out to try and catch a fly ball and missed, so I was able to get a triple.

There was also a play infront of him that he missed, so I dont think they are perfect and make everyplay.

                          Re: CPU OF catch everything?

I wonder how many fly balls are flat out dropped in the 2,430 games that are played each year?

Let's say there's 200, which would be an overestimation, that would be one every 120 games played. So if you play over 600 games of The Show in a year you might see 5 or 6.

Just because you see it once a week on Sports Center doesn't mean it's happening all that often.

I have feilder spped and reaction down to 3. Also play against the Cubs and hit to left field. Soriano is an adventure out there to say the least.

i saw one in 100+ games last year. pretty sure with sun/light glare it happens alot more often than 1 per season IRL.
