Re: NCAA Football 11 Demo Coming in June, Website Opens with Blog

Just reading their old blogs from last year's game makes me lose steam for this year's game. I know they're trying to market a product and spin it so everything is new and shiny, but they've failed the last few years where the rubber hits the road.

On a scale of 1-10 on a hype meter, right now I'm at a 1. Once the blogs start flowing, a 3. And the week before the game gets released a 6. Two weeks later when all the bugs start showing up, back to a 1 and waiting until NCAA 2012.

Not that the tempo meter was a terrible feature or anything, but I'd like something a little more tangible for NCAA Football.

A Swag Meter would be awesome, and it would sway depending on how many high steps you do on your way to the end zone when you go up 60-0 on some FCS team.

End Zone dancing. The stanky leg would be a more aggressive dance, while the "you-can't-see-me" would be a more conservative one

I would like to taunt the QB after a sack too. Maybe stand over him and grab your crotch or something.

Woah! this guy has got it all figured out! lol

I'm feeling like they are gonna put something worth my money out this year. That was a really good set of "new" features I hope they do keep going up.

this will be a rental at best at least for the first fwew months til all the patches and stuff have come out and so ill be able to know how to stop all the cheeses and glitches properly. also i wish the would take the top 100 out cuz its pointless 90 percent are cheesers and freewinners.

Seeing those formation subs in the demo will be great. However, I would love for EA to put FOUR teams in the demo... two top 25's and two bottom of the barrel cupcakes. We will know right away how meaningdful ratings et al will be if we can see a major contrast in play.

formation subs will be nice but NCAA 11 has alot of work to do.

To me, formation subs were about as much of a feature as players wearing helmets.
I agree. I'm supposed to be excited that formation subs made it in the game on EA's 5th try?

This feature was in 06 but it was missing from 07,08,09,10, but now it's a "new" feature for 11?
                                EA: Please add in-game saves.
