Anyone seen any collisions at home plate?
I have searched the forums and have not found much on this.... I have seen an awkward animation where the catcher moves out of the way if a throw is close but no direct collision.
My guess is that maybe this comes as a clutch moment with the camera change at a certain moment?

Re: Anyone seen any collisions at home plate?
I've plowed the catcher over 4 or 5 times and each time I am hoping the ball pops out and I'll be safe. Hasn't happened yet. I've been out every time. I guess since I've seen this animation that many times I'm an awful baserunner. Which I am.PSN: Koolie_G

Once so far. Wells knocked the ball loose against the Rangers.Comment

Only once. The ball popped out and the CPU scored the go-ahead run. I wasn't happy.

Re: Anyone seen any collisions at home plate?
I think the animation triggers automatically and not on a button push. It has occured for me both ways. It is always triggered when I'm gonna be out by a mile and my only hope is that the catcher drops it. But apparently that can happen, so that's good news.PSN: Koolie_G
