    2K's Rights?

Anyone know how much longer 2K has exclusive rights to make the video game? Would love to get a playable baseball game within 5 years if possible...

        what is wrong with 2K10?

        its playable...

there is also MVP 2005 (modded, of course) and MLB The Show...

but to call MLB 2K10 unplayable is quite an exaggeration...

          Re: 2K's Rights?

First of all they don't have exclusive rights. 2K has third-party rights.

The contract expires after the 2012 season, so there's a couple more years to wait there.

Second, I'm closing this thread because you have your answer and any further discussion will only lead to bickering and arguments.
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

"You'll not find more penny-wise/pound-foolish behavior than in Major League Baseball." - Rob Neyer
