I finally got the Hamil-who trophy last night! I know some of you guys are asking why did I make a thread about this?

Well this trophy deserves a thread because it's one of the hardest trophies to get IN THE GAME next to Triple Play trophy.

This trophy requires dedication and patience...and oh yeah Ryan Howard @ the old Yankee Stadium (hint, hint)

hit 29 home runs in a SINGLE round in Homerun Derby Mode.

if you can do that in your first try, then you are god.

I love HR Derby. I was playing my 64-man HR Derby bracket last night, and Adam Dunn hit one 497ft OUT OF Nationals Park in right field lol. He launched it across the street somewhere I guess lol.

Is there any secret to this? The most I have ever been able to get is 25 with Adam Dunn, most of the hitters just peter out after they hit 10 or 11 and just run right through their outs. What do you guys do? Anything special?

I finally played the HR Derby the other night while I was babysitting my little bro, and I was surprised at how much fun we had with it. It took me a little while to get the timing down, but once I did I was able to put together some decent rounds. It's just difficult enough to where it feels pretty satisfying when your jacking out plenty of bombs.

Just practice on your timing and get a spot where you will hit the pitch.

My spot was in the upper-right strike zone also again be very patient (just be on a mentality where you know you will get the trophy this game play and not the next)

just hit 24 with Howard in Old Yankee, went from 14 to 24 with 9 outs (10 straight)

I just got 19 in the first round with The Babe. Thought maybe I would keep going but I completely lost my swing and made 4 outs in a row to end it. I pull the ball foul way too much.

try it with Ryan Howard, he's is amazing @ the old Yankee Stadium. Try it.
