    Florida Marlins Stance/Delivery Edits

I need help for Josh Johnson, Dan Uggla, Chris Coghlan, Jorge Cantu, Cody Ross, and many bullpen guys. Cantu's batting stance is a one handed swing, same with Ross's stance and Coghlan's stance. I need for them to all swing with a 2 handed follow-through.

Somone mentioned this in the main thread...

    Josh Johnson- Rick Porcello delivery

Idk though...his delivery seems fine to me

I changed Ronny Paulino's stance to Generic 93..
Its pretty much exactly like his real stance...

It definitely needs changing but none of the ones I have tried in the game are even remotely close.

Dan Uggla -- Gary Matthews, Jr.

Uggla's stance in the game has bothered me for a while and after tinkering around I think I might stick with Matthew's stance. The big difference is Matthews' holds his hands a bit higher than Uggla does but I like that he has almost the same foot movement.

          What do you guys think?

Im gonna try that... but I gotta say I am raking with Uggla in my season mode hitting .330 so idk.. I was watching some spring training highlights on Mlb.com and his stance doesnt have nearly as much bat movement and is not as wide open as it is as his default. the default just seems like an exaggerated version of his real life stance..

Your MLB 10 custom cover is sick by the way.. Hanley Ramirez is best all around player in both leauges for my money.. Just ask Peter Gammonds the guy is obssessed with Hanram..

I also saw someone on the main stance thread suggest putting Miguel Cabrera as Hanley's stance but I kind of like his old school stance even though he closed up a little bit last year..

Thanks for the research on Uggla ..Im gonna try G.Matthews

What do you think of changing Josh Johnson to Porcello.. Is it really that much closer to his actual?

Really? Delmon wraps his bat around, Uggla keeps his more towards the plate.

                  I like it! Thanks man.

It also looks like Jorge Cantu's stance changed some this year. Time to go and delve through the hundreds of choices and try to find something close enough to stick with.

                    Ronny Paulino - Generic 93
Dan Uggla - Gary Matthews, Jr.
Josh Johnson - Nick Johnson (batting stance, I think his default pitching delivery is fine)

                      Brett Carroll - Torii Hunter
                      Wes Helms - Generic 2

Any thoughts on which stance is closer for Han-Ram

                          James Loney or Miguel Cabrera?

                              thanks,

After doing some split screens on mlb.com I think your right on. Hanley's bat is not on his shoulder as much as M. Cabrera's is on the game. And I think Cabrera is too mhunched over as well.

                              Thanks again
