Even though they ask for a top 3 my gut tells me that they are going to exceed 3 items!

You and me both! I've been waiting for entrances for years! I'm crossing my fingers for the active Coaches/Coordinators on the sidelines and the coaching carousel as well!

I've heard about the fans rushing the field question before and I believe the reason for not having it in the game has to do with the NCAA not giving their approval. The NCAA has pressured EA before, one of the reasons why the whole "program standing" feature does not exist anymore

As for the shovel pass, I have not seen the play exist in an NCAA series, HOWEVER, I have seen before in Madden, as early as Madden 97'. For some unknown reasons (probably because it was so hard to execute), the play disappeared in the future titles. With so many spread offenses incorporating variations of the shovel pass, I agree with you that this should be brought back into the game.

Thanks for responding. I don't see why the NCAA would get upset about a bunch of excited fans charging the field... especially in a video game that might only happen once every few seasons AND where you can set it so nothing bad happens... no goal posts torn down, no opposing players mugged, etc...

But thanks for letting me know why they may not include that. As far as the Shovel Pass there's two reasons it should be easy to implement... one, they already have the Option play... the Shovel Pass is not much different than that except the ball is shoveled or flipped forward and two... I hate to bring this up... but it worked beautifully in 2K5.

As an extension of the shovel pass it would also be cool if they could integrate it into the QB's passing motion... say your QB is flushed from the pocket... you're scrambling but can see there's no way you'll get the first down, as you approach the line of scrimmage you spot a WR coming back to you and just as the LB closes in you just flip the ball to the WR... kinda like Rich Gannon used to do. Now, as the game is, if that situation happened the QB would wind up to throw and would drill a bullet at the guy...

So that's a way to get the shovel pass in and also expand on that feature to make game play more realistic. I appreciate your response Gunslinger.

Seeing as though locomotion is already in, I'd say

1. Authentic playstyles

2. Coaching carousel and if a coach leaves the style changes

3. ESPN presentation with emphasis on bowl and rivalry games
