So I'm halfway through my first season in my franchise and I read on the boards here that if you set training to manual and did nothing to it, you would see better progression and regression. I am using 30 team control so I have set every team to manual training and have not touched it all year. Just wondering if someone could confirm that this style works or if I should start handling some of the training?
