GUIDE TO TEAM COLORS 1-2-3 IN EDIT SCREEN

NOTE:update 4-24
Do to a glitch , teams like Houston that were tested in Exhibition Mode dont show there real colors as they show up black , but when you test them in franchise they have real team colors Red-Gold-Blk .
I think most are fine but teams like Chi Sox and LAD might have some silver or white in them ?
Who knows I just cant waste anymore time on this but the bottom line is SCEA needs to add Home and road options for each player ...................
I promised I would post this for you fellow Gear editors when I was done with all my Real Player Gear edits and here they are as they make editing gear a breeze and remember to USE TEAM COLORS as your first option always as it with blends correctly with Alternate and Classic Jerseys and dont get confused in the edit screen as colors arent always what they appear to be just follow the team color chart.

First to test these I had to put each starting Catchers Chest Protector options to Team color 1 for center , Team color 2 for sides and Team color 3 for trim.
I then had to go in game and record what each was not rocket science but still a pain .

Now I was hoping Team default work for home and Road but it really didnt do anything for me as I tested off of David Wright forearm band with all jersey's home and road hoping it would turn gray when on the road but it didnt do much so I stayed away from team default and tested it no more do to time but maybe im wrong on that .

Its not pretty as I dont have time but Enjoy !

Doris, could you post what the colors look like on the away jerserys? For Atlanta (as an example) on the home jerseys these are the colors:

Default: Navy Blue
TC1 --> Red
TC2 --> Navy Blue
TC3 --> Black

...but on the away jerserys (not the gray one as SCEA didn't fix it...only the blue alternate) TC1/TC2 switch as such:

Default: Navy Blue
TC1 --> Navy Blue
TC2 --> Red
TC3 --> Black

Would you advise if the colors alternate for the other teams as well?

Maybe Im confused I told you thats why I use Team Colors if at all possible .

EXAMPLE : I had AJ catcher on the W Sox in all black shin guards not team black and all other gear in TEAM colors and when I used their Throwback 70s uniforms his Shin guards were still black but the rest of his gear In TEAM COLOR 1 (blk) was RED and matched perfectly with the jersey did I explain it better
Simply when you use TEAM COLORS they adjusted to whatever Jersey you use and change if needed from the original Base color which is cool cause theyll match.

Correct ! and like I said I only tested off of Wrights armband and there was no method to its madness or how it actually worked so I didnt waste my time as many things randomly change but no pattern .

But home and road options are needed !

If you knew how time consuming it was lol , so hopefully it will get sticked and not lost in the garbage as its real info.

From memory Houston's not all black. Team 3 is black team 2 is gold and team 1 is red and team default is white,I believe. Dont know if it's in that definete order but the colors are right. The reason I know this is becuase Matsui wears spikes with red on them and took me a while to figure out the colors.. I feel'ya though it is a pain in the backside trying to remember what was what then tested the colors in-game.
