Don't worry, though, ESPN's enhanced presence doesn't mean you'll hear Pam Ward butcher the noon Big Ten game. It's still Brad Nessler, Kirk Herbstreit and Lee Corso in the booth for every call.

If they really wanna make the game look like its on ESPN then they need to have a ticker. And an option to toggle between real life scores and dynasty scores. I mean its in the main menu, would it be that hard to put it in actual gameplay?

Reading that really took the wind out of my sails, man I was so hoping the team was different, so tired of hearing the same trio call every televised game for as long as I can remember.

they would had to restructure how the weeks work. right now when you play your game, the other games are not in progress. even if your game is a night game, none of the day games have been played/simmed.

not sure what or how much work it would take to change that for the devs though, and not sure how it could even work for Online Dynasties.

LOL at the Pam Ward joke in the Kotaku article - she really is a terrible commentator.

As for it being the SAME 3 guys for EVERY game again.... that sucks.

I don't really play dynasty mode, I was more talking about the real time ticker found in the main menu.

They better add new lines to Corso, Herbie and Nessler, because I don't want to have jaw-dropping presentation/overlays while hearing the same commentary over and over again. If I hear Lee talking about the "Scooter Special" for the 30 millionth time, ugh...
                    My Teams:
                    NCAA FB-Oregon Ducks
                    NCAA BB-Gonzaga Bulldogs
                    NBA-Portland Trail Blazers
                    NFL-Carolina Panthers
                    MLB-San Francisco Giants
                    NHL-Los Angeles Kings
Won't change this signature until Oregon wins a national championship (started 3/10/10)

Even if they can't add it on the disc, they could put out an "NCAA Veterans Commentary Pack" that will add tons of new commentary to the library without burdening the newcomers who don't necessarily have every commentary line memorized by now.

I'm turning off commentary again. That's terrible that they're not adding another announcing team. Oh well, I like the PA announcer and the band music that I import anyway.

So, they're FINALLY implementing an ESPN broadcast presentation. Thank God. I, for one, have been harping for this ever since EA started touting their ESPN license. Guess I'll have to revamp my yearly NCAA wish list.

Seriously, I'm liking what I'm seeing out of the NCAA team. I know we're still months from release but they seem to be really raising the bar this year. If the gameplay is there, this could be the year, boys.

Optimistic here. Keep the new info coming, EA. Looking good so far.

Up until now every time EA makes a blog or announces a new feature... or an improved feature, I have been like... really? Wow! So far everything has been really, really good. Finding out that the same three guys are in the booth really took the wind right out of the sails.

Is there a chance that link was wrong? What makes everyone so sure that person knows? Perhaps it's just wishful thinking on my part. However, if there are not more broadcasting teams this year then for 12 they need to make that goal number one.

Bring in several teams and have them all record different stuff. Make it as real as possible and give us some emotion. Hoping against all hope that we'll still be surprised.

I'm with you on this one. I'll wait to hear official word from ea.
