i don't care about presentation at all, as long as there are some new dynasty things and the gameplay has obviously been upgradedComment

Re: NCAA Football 11 Video: First Look at Presentation Upgrades
This is such an absurd complaint on my part that I probably shouldn't even be posting this...but I just noticed the font on the ESPN scoretracker for the teams is the generic EA Sports font, and not the font used is ESPN/ABC games.
Kind of weird that they would change something like that, and it looks out of place to me.
Also, I really hope they will use correct abbreviations for the scoreboard/ticker too (a la NCAA Basketball 10). I haven't played NCAA Football 10 for awhile so I don't remember what Ohio State's abbreviation was, but I used to hate seeing BUCKS (back in the day) instead of OSU or Ohio St, for example.Ohio State Buckeyes | Cleveland Indians | Cleveland Browns | Cleveland Cavs | Columbus Blue Jackets

Re: NCAA Football 11 Video: First Look at Presentation Upgrades
Ohio State abbreviation has been Bucks for years and it really annoys me, I've seen in the videos as follows: Bama, UF, Oreg, Miss, UF, FSU........I mean come on, how hard is it to make em fit or look like they do in real life, i hope they put Ohio St at least and not that stupid Bucks...Comment

I didn't notice the QB look over at all during the no huddle, although it is hard to see clearly in this video. Am I missing it?
It would be poor if the QB looked straight ahead when he is supposed to be getting the call from sidelines in these situations.Comment

what's funny is that most of those angles ESPN could get very easily, but they just don't because it doesn't look good and it doesn't really tell you anything about the play eitherComment

Re: NCAA Football 11 Video: First Look at Presentation Upgrades
And, what frustrates me most is that presentation is being pushed so hard this year, but anyone can see that there are tremendous holes. We've been hearing "next year" since 2006 now. It's time to accept that next year just means new year, same wrongheaded philosophy.Comment

It's a videogame, and sometiems "unrealistic" stuff comes off better than if they were to do it exactly the way its done in real life.Last edited by stoncold32; 04-26-2010, 10:40 PM.Comment

I'm a champion of complaining about NCAA, BUT you're wrong. Matter of fact, name me one game that uses REAL TV presentation on replays. NBA 2K's replays are GREAT, but they aren't what you see in a real game, nor are the replays from The Show.

i disagree stoncold, NBA 2K10's replays are way closer to broadcast than what we're seeing here especially their player highlight packages which even end on an isolated reaction shot just like tv doesComment
