How do you know its old footage? your saying the "new" footage that came out is "old"?

Usually it's from older builds. Unless we know an event is recent, we shouldn't take the build as is.

I guess we will wait till E3 to make judgements on gameplay footage

For some reason I don't think this dual stick control is going to play out exactly how i think it should or imagine it should. It seems as if it doesn't matter how you pivot your upper body when their tackling animations are just that, animations and not physics based.

Of all things Madden, I really like this. If they don't botch it this could be a nice feature that can be expanded down the line.

Bingo, I realized all the same things.

Very cool stuff. I'm excited for these new controls, they seem a lot more intuitive.

Actually no sir, that is false. With any back if you spin the stick it will result in a spin. Try it out. In NCAA its a juke then a spin. It's not just random, it's just being brought out to the public like my man said in an earlier post. I'm not hating it, im just saying they are trying to make it seem new when its technically not. Sure, it might be more responsive but, its not new. I am hyped for the new trucking animations however. That's IF it works like its supposed too. And thats a big IF.

Me also . A little birdie told me that the new locomotion system feels good to play with, so I trust their word.

Agreed. Of everything I know about Madden so far, this is the one thing I'm looking forward to the most. Running is fundamental to the game. If you don't get it right, then how can the game ever effectively represent the game of football.

I don't quite understand how you different moves and body leans yet, so I hope they explain that in more detail somewhere down the line. I like they they showed you can lean away from hits to protect the ball. It will be an awesome tool if they get it to work.
