Even if the game doesn't have a file sharing system built into the game which at this point looks like it won't , there will be other ways to download rosters. Somebody in another thread even posted how it could be done on both the PS3 or 360. And there are ways to get around some of the 360's restrictions in terms game saves having to be tied to a certain profile. For the PS3 it should just be as simple as using a USB since those restrictions don't exist. The only way these wouldn't work is if there was some restriction actually built directly into the game which I highly doubt would happen. They may not make it as easy and covenant as it could be by having a file share system built into the game, but that doesn't mean they don't want or would restrict sharing through other methods.

So I am not really worried about being able to get other people's roster/files because there are other methods/ways to do that. What I worry about is will the player editing and creation be too limited to actually replicate certain NFL players in terms of their abilities and tendencies. The indications so far is that individual player customization may be very limited compared to how deep the other customization options are.

In that case I'll be looking forward to downloading rosters and logos for this game if I choose to buy it.

it is very important that they release a polished demo....some will buy the game just to use the team editor and just have the cpu duke it out....but for mostly others, first impression gameplay is very important.

I didn't see any alternate options, only home and away.....you could just "copy" your team and create a new team with the copied version and just change the uniforms.......that would work for online games....and exhibition games.

so you would have 2 saved teams
team1 regular team with home/away uniforms
team2 same roster but 2 alternate uniforms to choose from

but this way wouldn't work for season or road to Backbreaker mode.

1:21 shows the maulers with two different uniforms. Home/Away?

Ah too bad you can't share it with others...

You can share. Now that the 360 has the USB memory update there is a way to share files. A full description of how to do so can be found in the Madden Roster forum.

You know, I am leaning more towards buy now simply because I have landed a good job coming out of college. If I didn't get that, I was in a drastically different financial state. Now that I'll actually have a decent income I can probably get this. Before, I had to be excessively practical with my money.

I do like the interface of this game BTW... very appealing. I still want to control that MLB and absolutely JACK YOU UP!

Dear Teambuilder team, please take notes. This is what we want in NCAA. From the endzone designs to nearly every aspect of the uniforms. This is some sick customization. I have to watch that video again. "Wow", indeed.

That was ****ing sweet! I absolutely dig the customization of this. I love to create entire conferences in NCAA 10 and this will be just as cool. With NCAA 10 I have to use Photoshop to create my logos...this looks pretty bad *** and it's built in. Impressive...I just hope the gameplay is just as cool.

Actually that is false. What don't people understand about this, the game may not have an in game file sharing feature, but it can be done with using a USB memory stick or transfer kit.

Honestly I really wish people such as yourself would stop bashing the game or making snide remarks in every thread. We get it, some of you guys don't like the game and aren't going to buy it, so move along. I have no idea why some of you guys even come to this forum.
