Late last year I posted in one of the various Uniform/Equipment threads, and I said that we should be able to put compression pants on our players and being able to layer things over it similar to this



and Yesterdays blog showed this pic



AHH YEAAAH

Also, I mentioned that we should be able to to put the thin bands on different parts of the players legs AND....

In the video that The Alabama RB had blacks socks with a White band right above the sock! AHH YEAAAH

Right. It's the long sock option. But really, it's pretty much what the guy wanted.

Not sure if you'll be able to see leg bands over the sock though. It might disable any leg accessory.

The long socks might disable equipment but then again, there is that ankle brace.

Yea, those look more like compression pants but EA never mentioned them on their blog. They did however mention ankle braces. If you watch the latest video they released again you'll see ankle braces on the Texas RB & TE and on the Alabama RB & FB; though the Alabama ones almost look Crimson in color.

Def looks like compression pants with black socks over them, but regardless, you can layer stuff over the socks/Compression pants

To me they just look like Pro socks, but I don't know BYU's uniform, I dunno if they have them or not.

looks more like long white socks with black ankle braces. The long sock option goes all the way up to the pants and BYU wears white socks so the guy has long white socks on with black ankle braces, not compression pants... sorry

byu has worn long white socks by default on every ng ncaa, so i'm guessing they aren't compression pants.

To me they just look like Pro socks, but I don't know BYU's uniform, I dunno if they have them or not.

From the last two versions of NCAA; BYU doesn't have pro socks. Besides pro style socks look nothing like that

If Miami is wearing white socks then yes you can. I think you can pick sock color in the uniform option for the team but yes the only way to get that compression pants look would be long white socks with black ankle braces. But i think Miami wears black socks in the game so they would look like black compression pants though.

They wouldn't look like compression pants if the socks were black and the ankle braces were black as well

A couple of BYU's players have worn those compression pants during several games the past few years, but those have been rare cases. I didn't realize that's what they were; they just look like tights to me, but calling them 'compression pants' is better and more manly.
