Which Team Should Mike Leach Coach

Hello,

I thought for a fun little project I would create a coach based on the ex-Mad Scientist of Lubbock, Mike Leach. The question I have though is which NFL Team would theoretically be the most likely to hire him?

The only team I can think of is the raiders. Some other thoughts are franchises with offensive pedigree like the Chargers Air Coryell, Bills No-Huddle, Bengals with Boomer Esiason, Tennessee Titans (formerly Houston Oliers Run and Shoot), Rams Greatest Show on Turf etc.

Open to suggestions, I would like a team that would be a challenge to rebuild.

I used the Tech offense with the Bengals and won 3 straight superbowls before I got bored.

Dunno if that helps, but Carson Palmer throwing to TJ and Chad (and I drafted Manningham) was almost too easy.

I think I will give it a shot with the Raiders. I've done a Texans franchise before and it wasn't too difficult because Schaub and Johnson are beasts.

I'd definitely say the Raiders would be his ideal home with Al Davis' love of the deep ball and moving the ball vertically down the field.
