for which console? I never played NCAA '08 on PS2, so I would not know anything about that one. if you mean the 360, not sure either, both were pretty bad.

NCAA Football 07 PS2 all day. Had everything and more that they are finally putting back in 11. Notice i said more.

NCAA 07 360 had coaches on the sidelines and had more momentum than 10 had, but not like 11 looks to have.

NCAA 08 had the gorgeous lighting, but I never played it. I have played 07 the most probably out of all next gen titles.
