What stadium do you hate to hit in?

I know odd question but I thought about it when playing at Arlington. I just cant pick the ball up for the first few innings of a night game. The way the sun is on the brick in center just doesn't allow me to pick up the ball well.

I remember in 07 I couldn't hit at the White Sox because there was a white strip in center I think on a building and the ball would get lost in it.

my previous was yankee stadium because of the big scrolling ad sign behind home plate. why does it always move when i am winding up to pitch?

my new worst to play in is phillies stadium. the backdrop when batting is this terrible orange color with portions of it covered by green ivy or somthing. When a lefty is pitching to me, i have a very hard time picking up the ball coming out of the pitchers hand. When the sun goes down its not an issue, but day games suck balls

Chase Field. Sucks that 81 of my games are there, but I have trouble with the gaps, cause I tend to hit to the gaps a lot, and a lot of fly balls get hung up in the 413 left and right centerfield gaps. Fortunately it does also help my pitching as well.

When I read your thread title the first thought that came to mind was Arlington. Which is fitting as I am watching the A's game in Arlington.

Cleveland because when the sun is out the light hits the trees in dead center and makes it difficult to see the ball out of a righties hand.

To me it is far and away Citi Field. Not that seeing the ball is difficult, it is just sooo damn big. I have played a 4 game set there with the Cubs and couldn't get a thing going.

I hit some rockets that just died, and it seems super difficult to get anything in the gaps. Outfielder have no problem tracking anything.

Feel sorry for any Mets fan playing a season there.

You said it PERFECTLY! If I see I have a day game scheduled in Jacobs Field I simulate it. So frustrating trying to pick up the ball from the pitchers in the sun and the trees back drop.

I don't like hitting in my park, Oakland, because of the foul territory and the ball doesn't carry well. Ever since they expanded the suites in outfield for Raiders games it's be a horrible park to hit in.

That explains it. I was playing against Masterson and I couldn't for the life of me pick up the ball. I just assumed it was his delivery. Then later in the game, I started getting good hits against him and figured that I had finally figured out his delivery. I guess I know better now. One more day game there for the series. In that case, I really hope I am facing a lefty, something I never hope for.

That probably was his delivery. Masterson is sidearm, and the issue, at least to me is more concerned with "over the top" righties. Masterson, and sidearmers in general throw me off for an inning or two.
