Per a post by a Rivals writer, Boise State will open the 2011 season at Ole Miss.
Maybe it will go better than their last 2 trips to an SEC stadium.Twitter

Re: Boise State Headed Back To The SEC
I don't know, I could see Bama scheduling for a game in the Georgia Dome or Super Dome, or hell even Dallas. Even if their other 3 OOC games suck under Saban they do schedule one good (or preseason supposed to be good) team.
See Bama fans, I can say nice things about your program.Comment

Re: Boise State Headed Back To The SEC
Boise has lost to their last 3 SEC opponents by an average of 27 points and none of the games were even that close.
I think that they are the ones a bit apprehensive about the SEC.Comment

Re: Boise State Headed Back To The SEC
He said elite, which they definitely aren't.
And Cebby I understand Boise got blown out the last 3 times playing in SEC stadiums but they are a much stronger program now. Do you expect the same outcome vs Ole Miss? I think it could go the opposite way this time.
Or would you expect the same outcome vs any SEC team? Not saying Boise could beat every SEC team but I think they can contend with every SEC team.Ohio State - Reds - Bengals - Blackhawks - BullsComment

Re: Boise State Headed Back To The SEC
Within the football world it's pretty common knowledge that this is a different Boise team. SEC fans love to throw out Boise's prior record vs them for some reason. They think they're making a valid point. I just haven't heard it in a while, so it's pretty funny to still see someone hanging on to that like it's relevant now.He said elite, which they definitely aren't.
