I know it's probably too late to get in '11 but I would really, really like to see snot bubbles when guys get hit hard. It would have to be based on weather (colder = more snot), field (artificial surface = less allergy inducing elements = less snot), and the allergy attribute (higher number = greater resistance to allergies = less snot).
