Does NCAA 11 have a practice mode in dynasty?

I didn't play a "serious" dynasty in NCAA 10 so I wouldn't know if they had it or not.

Yes it does, you could just check easily though

Yes you could run practice between games. However it was kind of limited. You could only choose one play to run unless you wanted to pause and go back through the playbook.

In addition you could not simulate game conditions such as two minute drills, or even having the ability to march down the field.

there is an option to randomize plays, but only from a single formation.

you could also randomize all standard pass plays, or all shotgun pass plays, or all PA plays, all outside runs and all inside runs


you could get creative with it, but yea it was kind of limited, has been since at least 09, and I doubt it'll change for 11

I've actually never tried to randomized those, didn't think it was possible. thats pretty neat, I could select randomize shotgun pass plays and most of my playbook will be there(TTU). lol

yeah, it is kinda of neat.

sometimes I like to practice different pass plays vs cover2/cover 3 so I go there and get a feel for what works and what doesn't.

it's definitely useful, but it could be better. Definitely shouldn't be a priority as far as improving dynasty mode though

I think it wouldn't hurt to have it use the defensive play book or some plays, of the opponent you play that week. Vice versa when practicing against offense.

Yeah that is typically what I use it for; to prepare for my next opponent's offense.
