The game saves all 32 (the max you're able to create, nice NFL round number) of your teams in one file.

The PS3 lets you copy files to a USB device and then upload that file to a computer. You put it up online and someone downloads it.

I'm actually switching to the PS3 version from the 360 because this is easier. Should have just gotten the PS3 version from the start.
