Wait there are going to be instant replay calls right?

would be neat if ea could incorporate some kind of scheme for this, don't you think?

Re: Wait there are going to be instant replay calls right?

I personally hated instant replays when they were in the game. But then again, it seemed that everytime an instant replay came up, it was to overturn a catch when I was on offense. I got to the point that I was like "just make the right call in the first place." It was frustrating to me. But that's just me, I'm sure it's different for other people.

My biggest problem with instant replay was that it wouldnt always make the correct call. There were also times when the wrong call was made on the field and I was unable to use instant replay?

Call me crazy, but I actually liked that. The same thing happens on Saturdays and Sundays in real life. I like the wild-card factor.

I hate instant replay to make calls. It should be used sparingly(perfect game 'incident') Make the call right then and there, move on to the next play. That's just me, though.
I found more times than not in NCAA 10, the replay would overturn calls that were right. It was bogus.

All I want is to be able to select what we're challenging. Outside of that I agree, that while frustrating, the blown calls do add to the game.

I've seen some crazy shiz as far as replay calls go. Several times a WR or TE will make a diving catch or get knocked off his feet and land in the middle of the endzone, only to have it challenge the spot and put it at the 1 yd line.

Hilariously I was once playing and a guy was out of bounds and the ball hit his hands. He didn't catch it it just hit him. The booth reviewed it for some reason and it was ruled a catch!!!! WTF???

Hahaha, but, I like that it's in there. The only weird thing is the idea of a program making the wrong call knowing damn well what the actually call is just to go back and overturn the call it originally made.

That happens to me every once in a while.

I agree completely. I also hated that a ton of the calls were clearly wrong, which you really don't see that often on Saturdays and Sundays. Most 'missed' calls in real life are really close one way or the other, while in the game it would be blatantly wrong. I think they should just "call it right the first time" until they can come up with a realistic system that involves choosing exactly what to challenge.
